Description
The Penn State Wrestling Club will be hosting a social event at the conclusion of the NCAA Wrestling National Championships. The event will be held at The Madison, 4601 Payne Avenue, Cleveland and begin as soon as the volunteers arrive at the venue following the conclusion of the tournament. Jeff Byers will serve as our emcee for the evening. We hope to have many of the 2025-2026 wrestling team members in attendance. Members of the 2018 Penn State Championship Wrestling Team are also being invited to attend.
The menu will include lasagna, bread, salad and cookies. A cash bar will be available. The PSWC covers a portion of the costs of this event so we are able to offer this opportunity to attendees for $50 per person. If you are not signed up for the bus trip but would like shuttling from the Arena to the Social, and back to the PSWC hotels following the social, there will be free shuttling provided.
Below is the portion of the PSWC Cancellation Policy that relates to the NCAA Social event.
NCAA Post Tournament Social Cancellations:
“All Post Tournament NCAA Social reservations must be paid in full at the time of registration. No refunds will be given for cancelled reservations. Members can sell or give their reservations to other fans, but the Trips Committee must be notified of the name change so that all attendees will receive the proper wristband for admittance into the function. The monies collected by the PSWC for reservations that are later cancelled will be used to help subsidize the cost of the meals for the current and former Penn State wrestlers, coaches and speakers’ meals.”
