Congratulations on 100 years of tradition and excellence! What a history Penn State Wrestling has! I have so many memories (good ones and bad ones) from when I was on the Penn State wrestling team. One of the best moments I had was winning the NCAA title my senior year. Not only did I achieve my ultimate goal as a college wrestler, but I also was able to share one of the best times with my family, who were visiting from Japan. It was very special for us since I’m from Tokyo, and my family still lives there, so they didn’t get to watch my collegiate matches as much as they would have liked. They also enjoyed the time spent with other parents, PSU fans, and Penn State Wrestling Club members on the bus rides to and from the NCAAs, watching the tournament, having meals, etc. They still talk about the whole trip. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the Penn State Wrestling program, the Club, and fans for what they have done for me. Good luck to Penn State Wrestling!
