The PSWC Trips Committee is pleased to announce that we have secured 200 hotel rooms at three downtown Philadelphia hotels for the 2025 NCAA Wrestling Championships in Philadelphia. Due to the anticipated high demand for rooms, only one room will be provided per PSWC membership. Rooms will be offered on a first come basis through the PSWC website starting on October 18, 2024 at 9AM. In order to request a room, you will need to be logged into the PSWC website. Once the 200 rooms are allocated, we will maintain a waiting list to be used in case of cancellations.
After you are notified of your hotel assignment, you will be given a hotel link and will have two weeks to complete your reservation with your assigned hotel. Should your plans change and you need to cancel your reservation, please cancel your room directly with the hotel and the PSWC Trips Co-Chair (helenknerr@gmail.com) as soon as possible to allow us to fill the room from our waiting list. Please see the table below which lists all the pertinent details for each of the three hotels. Also note the PSWC Cancellation Policy.
Please do not contact these hotels directly about the PSWC room block. Rooms will only be allocated through the PSWC website as described above. Rooms have a mandatory 4 night stay from Wednesday, March 19, 2025 through Saturday, March 22, 2025.
Bus trips and hotel room blocks for away dual meets and the Big Ten Championships will be announced as soon as arrangements are completed. As information is available, it will be posted on the PSWC website.
